How shipping works

Standard shipping is free on every order. Processing takes 1–2 business days, and every order ships with end-to-end tracking.

Delivery windows

• US-warehouse items: typically 3–8 business days door-to-door. Each product page shows its specific window.
• Made-to-order and specialty items: typically 8–14 business days. These ship internationally and are tracked the entire way.

The delivery window for your item appears on its product page and again at checkout — the promise you see there is the promise we hold ourselves to.

If something runs late

If your order can't ship inside its stated window, we'll email you promptly with the new date — and you can choose to keep the order or cancel for an immediate full refund. No forms, no hoops.

Customs & duties

All prices are in USD. For items shipping internationally, applicable duties are included in what you pay at checkout — no surprise charges at the door.
