30-day returns, including changed minds
If you're not happy with your order for any reason — including simply changing your mind — you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
- Email us (address on our Contact page) with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Once the return is on its way back, we issue your refund — typically landing in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately with a replacement or a full refund — your choice. You keep or dispose of the damaged item; no need to ship it back.
Condition
Change-of-mind returns should be unused and in original packaging. Items noted as final-sale on their product page (if any) are excluded.
